Large Agency / Group — for agencies with higher volume/value and/or international bookings, more robust, complex accounting, filing, and reporting requirements, and/or multiple locations, using the following components:

  • BOOKING SYSTEM = Booker, or other existing system for model, talent, artist booking, imaging, scouting, and web content management.
  • AGENCY ACCOUNTING =
    • ABLE = Accounting Booking Link Engine, connecting to MTA for subledger accounting.
    • MTA = Model Talent Artist agency accounting system with specialized functionality.
    • GLUE = General Ledger Update Export, connecting to your localized ledger.
  • ACCOUNTING = your localized, country-specific general ledger/financial system, including:
    • Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (formerly “Navision”)
    • QuickBooks Online
    • NetSuite, SAP, Intacct, Sage, and other accounting/ERP systems.

SHORT STACK

  • Small Agency / Location — for agencies with moderate volumes, simpler accounting requirements, operating in a single location, using the following components:
    • BOOKING = MTA connects to your system, including Booker, etc.
      • BLINK = Booking Link, connecting: Microsoft D365 BC, NAV/Navision + other ERP.
      • ABLE = Accounting Booking Link Engine, connecting: QuickBooks.
    • ACCOUNTING = your localized system, which may include:
      • Microsoft D365 Business Central “BC” / Dynamics NAV / Navision”)
      • QuickBooks Online (“QBOL”)
      • NetSuite, Intacct, Sage, etc.
