Our “special” services are on demand, as requested, projects, which are outside of regular support included with our monthly subscriptions.
Every agency is unique, so we are often asked to modify and make changes to our software. We review each request to see if it is unique to one client or universally beneficial, then determine if it should be customized for just one client, or added to the next release for everyone. If it is unique, we will propose a reasonable fee.
